My integrated model of therapy + relaxation lounge + sauna and red light therapy exists for one purpose: to support deeper therapy, clearer thinking, and steadier emotional growth. This isn’t self-care or pampering, this is neuroscience. And it is the reason therapy at the Haven goes deeper, faster, and is more effective than traditional talk therapy.

Arrive + Regulate
5-10 minutes in the Relaxation lounge before your therapy session to breathe, sip tea, and reset so you are regulated and ready to asborb your therapy session.

Therapy
We will explore your relationships, thoughts, feelings, reactions, and behaviors. You will gain practical skills to navigate challenges, make healthier decisions, and reach your life goals.

REFLECT + ABSORB
Spend 10-20 minutes post-session integrating your therapy work for meaningful, lasting change. Having dedicated space immediately after therapy allows the body to release tension as the mind gains clarity. Choose between infrared sauna or red light therapy.

What began as a personal journey has grown into a purposeful approach to women’s mental health. What sets me apart isn’t just my integrative therapy process, it is the intention and expertise behind it. We will move you from survival mode into safety and regulation by combining evidence-based therapy with neuroscience and exploring daily habits like nutrition, movement, sleep, and screen use.
